The Turning Point

For me, at least, these standard recommendations proved to be highly inefficient. I found myself constantly struggling with unstable blood sugar levels, a slow metabolism, and a chronic lack of energy. When you add the challenges of maintaining a consistent exercise routine and the battle for quality sleep, I realized that the "standard" path wasn't leading me toward the health I deserved.

Sleep

Sleep is an issue for so many people. We are advices to stay away from screen an hour before bed-time. Im sure this is working for some, but or me this was really not the main issue.
